Here at Land of Nostalgia, we take your questions and concerns seriously, so we've decided to create a list of the frequently most asked questions we receive and put them all in one central location so that you can have access to the information you need.

1. How long does it take to receive my orders?

  • Order manufacturing times are dependent on what you are ordering. Typically, our T-Shirts take 3-7 business days to produce, as we custom design the shirt. Our jeans can take up to 10 business days to make. For all other items, the general timeframe ranges from 3-14 business days BUT CAN TAKE LONGER depending on how complex the order is. Please be advised that custom orders take longer. Email us for more specific estimated shipping times at landofnostalgiasales@gmail.com.
  • Please note that due to the pandemic and COVID-19 workplace restrictions, we have been forced to downsize our staff within our shop. Hence, our hand stitch timeframe can be extended depending on the complexity of your customization, the size we are stitching, and the fabric we are using for your order.

2. Can I customize the color of the Land of Nostalgia logo for my order?

  • Yes, we can customize the Land of Nostalgia logo for an order. However, at this time our customizations are very limited. Please contact our customer service department at landofnostalgiasales@gmail.com to confirm that the customization can be manufactured before placing your order.

3. Where are you guys located at?

  • Land of Nostalgia is located in Compton, CA.

4. Does Land of Nostalgia have a customer service number?

  • Currently, we don't have an actual customer service number for where you can reach a live representative. However, all of our customer service inquiries are handled through our direct email which is landofnostalgiasales@gmail.com.

5. Do you offer promo codes and discount?

  • To receive exclusive offers, promotions, discounts, and hear about the latest designs added to our collection please subscribe to our newsletter located at the bottom of our website's homepage.

6. Why was my order marked as fraudulent and cancelled?

  • Due to the high volume of orders and fraudulent orders we receive - if an order appears to be suspicious we will cancel and refund the order in full. 

7. Does my billing and shipping address have to match?

  • We require that your billing and shipping address match to prevent identity and credit card fraud.

8. Is my account information private?

  • Land of Nostalgia respects our customers account information as private and confidential information and will never share with any third parties or individuals.
